About us
Having family on the Isle of Wight we know the island incredibly well so when the opportunity arose to purchase Beresford 81 we didn't hang around. A three story Edwardian house in a prime location within 10 minutes walking distance of Cowes town centre and close to parks, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets! Plus having had holidays here for years we knew it would make a perfect location to set up a home from home rental property. Our main passion is actually narrow boating around the UK and while the property is owned by myself and my partner we've made it a true family affair with those on the island managing and maintaining the property for your stay (plus we try and stay on a regular basis too!). It also means that if you ever need us we're less than 10-15 minutes away.
